A very disappointing visit. I had booked an appointment specifically for a ‘cleaning’, but despite no ‘clinically justifiable’ reason, was told that they could not perform the service without new X-rays. My last X-Rays were only 2 years old and nothing had changed since. I have no issue with their office policies as I know they are in the business to bill the most they can, however being told that RCDSO does not allow cleaning without X-rays was a misleading statement by the clinic. I had a dental emergency and could not get into my regular dentist. I was able to get in here less than a hour after I called! The staff is exceptional and the dentist is fantastic, would definitely recommend!
