First time, I went for a cleaning and check up. I have been going to dentists for decades but my best encounter was with this clinic for its dental hygienist Matt. Matt is such a professional, smart, polite and caring person he , in my opinion is a huge asset to the clinic. He made my visit very pleasant and well taken care of. I only hope the dentist will be of the same caliber upon my next visit. Csilla R.
I have always received the very best of care at this office. The hygienists are thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Bernie Conway is dedicated, compassionate and absolutely the best.

Very disappointing experience with this dental office. My wife had an urgent work meeting come up this morning and was unable to attend her appointment. I personally tried calling the office **twice in the morning** to cancel and rebook her appointment, but no one answered the phone. Despite our attempts to contact them, we were then charged a **$50 no-show fee**. How is a patient supposed to cancel an appointment when no one answers the phone?
