The most wonderful service I received at my first appointment. Knowledgeable and very helpful staff. So nice to be greeted with happy smiles. 😃 Dr. Le was awesome too. They've retained a client for life. Thank you staff for all you do!
I went in without knowing anything about what to do or get. The two ladies were so extremely helpful on ever step of the way. The glasses took about a 1 week to arrive, and were prefect. I couldn't have asked for a more friendly and helpful staff. I felt bad because I had no clue what to get one as a gift but the other I gave a Pokemon card I had as a thank you because I was just so grateful for the help. I like this place where we did my daughter's eye exam. The doctor was professional and explained in details everything during the appointment. She was nice and glad to answer all my questions. Also a very friendly receptionist. Good place to check your eyes.
Great service, excellent stuff! Greatly thankful to Shireen and new guy who started working there (don't remember his name). They always have a lot of glasses (with or without prescription), and acceptable prices. Have been going there for 2 years with my family and will visit again Highly recommend this place
This place is awful. Bad enough that after you spend $700+ on a pair of glasses they still make you pay for parking. My glasses fell apart after barely a year. I called multiple times to see if anything could be done and was given the run around time and again. I finally got the point after trying to get somewhere after a couple months. Whoa!
