I wish there was an option for zero stars. We have not had a working fireplace in years after our purchase at Bowman's. I have called Bowman's stove and patio, many times but they refuse to come out an replace the non working parts. They are a dishonest company. They do not service or stand behind what they sell. Spend your money at another company that will service what they sell.
