I'm writing my first reivew ever because my bad experience with this service and I'm afraid that the nice responses from the owner, like the one's below, would only be lip-service, and I'm not interested in any consolation "deal" or renewing any business relationship whatsoever. My money was also taken before service was rendered and I had hound the owner to follow up. Learning that I could not pay up front, I would follow up with payment immediately after service. Great guy and a hard worker. However the timeline was off. 3 weeks instead of 5 days. Not really a huge deal. That happens in buisness from time to time. However since we were given a 5 day completion, we paid in full. When work was getting done the work was great. But after three weeks, like a previous reviewer, we were not able to get a hold of Mr. Bowman. He never dropped of the rest of the mulch we purchased, and did not compete the job. (90 % complete.) Hired this 2016 spring for a full lawn cleanup and was very professional and affordable. They went above and beyond on what i was expecting for 100 and was totally pleased. Thanks again guys!!!
