The only reason they got one star was because I couldn't give them zero stars. I can honestly say this is the worst company I have ever done business with. Long story short, I placed an urgent order for my son's medical equipment. Several MONTHS passed with me calling every few days and I got sent the wrong equipment twice. Tried to return it unopened and they wouldn't take it back and still charged me for it. Finally after getting the run around I was told they can't even get the equipment I needed.
