Purchased 2 electronic locks for commercial doors for customers. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Installation was similar to standard lock sets. Programming was pretty easy. Note:If you choose to add gateways to control locks off site know there is a small monthly or yearly subscription to access all features. Overall very satisfied I will be back for future customers. I had the worst experience here at BDS Bowman's Door Solutions in my entire life at any other store in Rochester. I bought an electronic lock for my door. The lock was between $375-$400. The passcode electronic lock never ever worked I could never get it installed!! They did not have any workers that would help me install it. Stay away from this company they’re terrible. Great service!
Stopped by the store today to get several door sets and two Wi-Fi deadbolts. The store is clean and modern. Lukus, one of the locksmith's handled the sale and all my questions. Excellent knowledge and command of the products and helping me select what was best for my application. He then keyed all the devices and all the extra keys were as smooth as butter. I had a home safe that the digital unlock ran out of batteries and I lost the key. Bowman's service was extremely nice and helped me open the safe on the spot when I walked in asking if they could help. Service was top notch and they just wanted to help! I would highly recommend them for any needs in the future with their great customer service. Thank you for the help!
