Long post. I’ve toured this property once before by myself and wanted my partner to see the unit this time around. We arrived at 3:15-3:20 and was advised we couldn’t see a unit because of an appointment at 4pm. Because I’ve already seen the property i asked if we couldn’t only see the unit and was told no due to an appointment 45 min later. A. Thomas, if you see this message, please know that I am having the same issues and have spoken to others that either are having the same issues or moved out due to the same issues. I have had the huge blue commercial dehumidifier placed in my apartment twice, since September of 2025. I have pictures, emails..etc for documentation. MOLD!!! I’ve lived at Bowman Station almost 1 year. Initially everything was good, with the exception that the move-in process could’ve been timelier and smooth and the fact that my apartment was clean. It was broom swept clean and that’s about it. I had to request a pressure wash of my patio and storage areas. I also requested a chem clean of my bathtubs, but that never happened. I have been living here almost 5 months I paid all this money to move here just for the new manager to tell me that I have to leave because a misdemeanor is pending on my background . I got approved for the apartment while the misdemeanor was still pending and it is still pending . This is a big inconvenience I paid all this money to move out here just for the property manager to tell me that I have to leave. I was told to pay my rent and if they tell me to leave then I will have to leave
