Lived here for almost 2 years. Multiple car break ins. Gate was finally fixed and the car break ins have stopped. The pool last year was closed for a while during the summer and when it finally opened it was green then closed again. Rent is high so you would expect the amenities to be open on time and function. Especially the pool in Ga heat. This year the pool isn't open yet due to a filter but the pool looks much better compared to last year. Hopefully it opens soon. There are multiple claims being made that are exaggerated, misrepresented, and completely false. I’ve lived at this community for several years and never imagined I’d feel this unheard and unsupported in my own home. The walls are paper-thin, and for months now my neighbor’s dog has barked day and night due to severe separation anxiety. The owners are rarely home, and the constant noise has taken a serious toll on my mental well-being.
