Rent is high! I pay for exterminating and there are still roaches and bugs in my apartment. My car along with 62 other cars was broken into and in my opinion, it was due to the guest gate being opened which has been opened for quite some time now and never has been repaired. I chose this place because of the esthetics and safety but I can’t say that now.
When I came here to rent from Bowman Station I was pleased with staff.We had an agreement about something on my end but new management came in and changed things to my disadvantage.We also referred a tenant for a referral and there would be a compensation fee for us but because the tenant did not write our name down on the application we will not get compensation.And staff knows who we are and that the tenant told them our name and that we referred them.I wish we never moved here and I don’t recommend anyone else moving here... read more
