When I came here to rent from Bowman Station I was pleased with staff.We had an agreement about something on my end but new management came in and changed things to my disadvantage.We also referred a tenant for a referral and there would be a compensation fee for us but because the tenant did not write our name down on the application we will not get compensation.And staff knows who we are and that the tenant told them our name and that we referred them.I wish we never moved here and I don’t recommend anyone else moving here... read more

I’ve lived here for a couple years now and it’s not at all what you would expect from a place like this. The rent is ridiculously high compared to what you get. Since I’ve lived here we haven’t had one full week where the front gates are operating correctly. Most of the time at least one of the gates are wide open for weeks on end. Anybody can just come in. Since that we’ve had plenty car break ins. The pool is almost always closed and dirty as all get out. We get updates like “pool is closed til further notice” in the middl... read more

I toured several apartments, and I saved the best for last. Tayler was very welcoming, and her presence was overall sweet and kind. She did her best by choosing an apartment within my range, and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I am thrilled to make Bowman Station my new home.
