Omg this man sucks. He won’t fix nothing and I’m reporting him today to every place I can. He is trash. Had my daughter living in mice. There’s in infestation and he knows to because they set traps before she moved in and then the ceiling is falling in and still isn’t done anything . RecommendedHe manages 10 of my units and has helped me rehab, and also sell other properties that I have owned. I have never had issues with rent collection, or communication. I believe his management fees are fair and his team is always there to help - I would highly recommend his management services.
The fact they are heartless sociopaths that throw single mothers out on the streets during a global pandemic is telling that they should be boycotted.
Anyone that brags about kicking tenants out and refuses to give exceptions for the current pandemic is not someone you can trust. Shame!
The fact that Michael Bowman would publicly state that he’s happy to throw people out of their homes when we are facing a global pandemic and an economic situation that is unprecedented in most of our lifetimes is absolutely disgusting and shameful. At least pretend to have some empathy and regard for the fact that millions of people have suddenly become unemployed through no fault of their own. I would never work with such callous scum, and will be sure to share this with everyone I know.
This company is happy not only to threaten vulnerable people with evictions during a worldwide pandemic but also have made statements about using this unfolding tragedy as an opportunity to encourage landlords to stop carrying out repairs. Unbelievable. Reading the other reviews up in here however... believable.
I started speaking with Michael on a rental property back in February. I started renting the property in March and service has been amazing. I have never once had issues with Michael and his staff. Always been courtesy, caring and respectful with any concerns I have. I would highly recommend them.
Bowman Property Management (Michael) was patient, kind, and very informative as he walked me through the rental process, as I am transitioning from owning to renting. The property was clean and move in ready. There is ample parking. All appliances were included and in perfect working order. The lawn is maintained, and the landscape was recently updated with new mulch and flowers. I am enjoying my rental and hope to be here a while and would highly recommend them for your rental needs!
