Omg this man sucks. He won’t fix nothing and I’m reporting him today to every place I can. He is trash. Had my daughter living in mice. There’s in infestation and he knows to because they set traps before she moved in and then the ceiling is falling in and still isn’t done anything . Them had a nerve to block my daughter on the portal so she doesn’t complain. They are sick. She doesn’t have an exhaust fan over the stove which is suppose to be so the house doesn’t catch on fire. My wife and I have used Bowman for property management for a couple of years now. Things have changed drastically and I hope this review helps others. If you have one property then your payment does not clear until after the 15th of the month. This means rent is paid by the 1st but you will not be paid for two more weeks. We have an expensive walk in tub in the home, when a seal went bad they suggested tearing the tub out and replacing it! $20 seal tear out a 15,000 tub, makes sense.
