Was living here for a little over a year and I have no complaints. The buildings are well maintained, location is quiet, and Ms. Didi has been one of the best property managers I’ve come to know. Plenty of nearby shops and restaurants close and definitely would recommend for anyone in the West LR area looking for a nice home.
I’ve lived here since March of 2024 and it has been perfect. DeeDee the on-site manager is excellent and even in the short time I’ve been here there have been a lot of improvements (including a completely remodeled laundry room). Every time I’ve had a maintenance request it’s been handled quickly and professionally and they keep the property looking well maintained. In the time I've been at Bowman Heights I've had good managers. They listened to and addressed my issues. Ms Dee Dee is very professional and personable too. I'm happy that she's still here.
Decent enough , building infront had a lot of crack heads and shoot outs and the building behind it has loud young men bumping Music all night so I mean take ur pick all in all 3/10 would say 5 but then my floor was leaking for 2 months straight until I moved! But the landlord sweet tho the place just a dump leak filled up a whole mop bucket multiple times.
