They charged 85$ to unscrew a few screws and tell us what was wrong after we already told them over the phone what was wrong!! Worst customer service ever!! They also did not register the unit with the manufacturer which screwed us out of the full 10 year warranty.
RecommendedDid a great job today and were prompt and on time, when are heat was out. Teddy was really nice explaining all our options to my wife.
We have used them for years. Always prompt, always reliable and always complete the job professionally without selling you a lot of fluff. Very dependable company. I recommend them every chance I get.
