Terrible experience with this insurance company. They extended my package without consent, keep adding hidden charges, and customer service is rude and unhelpful and the manager also Rude , In emergencies, you’ll be stuck waiting for hours with no real support. Avoid this company at all costs.B&G
I've been with Bowman and Gibson for about 3 years. They were not helpful at all, once they get you as a client they no longer care about you or your rates. They only care about collecting their commission.
