I found Bowman Gaskins Financial Group to be very service and solution-oriented. I am very pleased doing business with them and have especially great feedback about working with Lesia.
This company 's staff members at the VA location are unpleasant, condescending and offer no solution when problem arise. They do not provide comprehensive response to emails, they provide no explanations unless you call and ask. They have no costumer service skills. When I asked to a change, all they said was "i have been doing this for 27 years so why would i make a change now". I highly recommend to not work with this group.
