It has been the worst experience. I worked with this company for a long time and paid a good amount to complete a subdivision of two plots. They were unresponsive, requiring constant follow-ups, and failed to exercise due diligence when creating the plan. A huge amount of time and money was wasted. Bowman is fast, creative, reliable, well respected, and deeply knowledgeable. If the opportunity arises, we will contract with Bowman again.
Huge thanks to Bowman Engineering and Cheng Wang for providing Potomac Yard HOA with the GIS mapping alternative for mapping the communities' common areas and boundaries. We are looking forward to further developing this tool to improve efficiency, management and decision making for the Association. Cheng made the process simple and easy to understand!

Bowman has done a tremendous job helping me with online mapping. The maps that were created, with the help of Cheng, have made the management of a large property much easier. With personalized mapping keys to pinpoint areas and other attributes, I can now manage the property with ease. The map is editable so if anything needs to be changed or updated I can do it or contact Bowman and they will help. You can’t go wrong with Bowman!
