Dr. Silverstein takes as much time as needed to sit and talk with me about my labradoodle, Sunny. Today, she spent almost an hour going over every inch of Sunny, reviewing her medical history, making suggestions and doing routine preventative care. I can't recommend this practice enough!
The staff is caring and knowledgeable. However, I began to notice that minor things that I thought were a part of my initial reason for a visit turned out to be extra services on the bill. For instance, if I was there for a wellness and asked about alternative or holistic approaches, I was charged for a wellness and a holistic consult. I am SO happy that my neighbor recommended that I bring my little girl Dyna () to Bowman Animal Hospital. I had a wonderful first appointment with Dr. Silverstein. She Spent a good amount of time with us explaining options to consider in order to help my 5 year old girl who was recently diagnosed with arthritis. Caring for her with natural medicines and as little of the prescribed medicines she is taking is a great plan. She explained the plan to me in a very simple conversation and I am very excited to get starded.
We have loved Bowman for 11 years! Dr. D is very compassionate, caring and accessible--and provides us with outstanding care. Dr. Silverstein is another favorite of ours. ALL of the staff is friendly and service-oriented. My pets all love" going to the vet!"
