To be honest I didn't think you could find property management this good in the modern day but WOW! Bowman's property management team is absolutely amazing! Hands down the best I've ever heard of. We lived in a unit facing west on the 4th floor for a year and everything about it was amazing! Michael, Annalisa, and Neville are gems! They were so responsive and helpful! I recently moved out of Bowman Apartments after living there for almost four years. Special shout out to Annalisa & Michael. Whenever called upon they have 'how can I help' attitude. Even though I had a street facing apartment never had any issues with noise & walls are extremely thick so hearing neighbors is extremely rare. If I wasn't relocating out of state I would continue living there. Highly recommend for any future suitors!
We moved in last week so our experience of living here is very limited. This review is primarily for Michael who has been really helpful and kind in this entire leasing and moving process. Even Annalisa is also very helpful.
