best apartments in seattle!! management and maintenance are the kindest people. they are quick to reply to email messages and maintenance requests. dog friendly building and they were extremely supportive of my decision to foster dogs! i always felt so safe and i loved the location of this building! if i ever moved back to seattle, definitely would live here again!

Fantastic management team. I stayed here for a year and they worked with me to make sure I found a parking space that could fit my car. Beautiful courtyard and spectacular rooftop. Really good people who run the place.

Best place I’ve ever lived in; not because the actual apartment or price, but the staff is so genuine and helpful that it really makes a huge difference. My only nit is that I wish their landscaping crew used electric blowers. The gas ones are very loud (resonates in the court yard), and if I forget to close the window before I leave, there’s a good chance the apartment will smell like gas fumes until night time.

Bowman is a great place. I lived there for almost 5 years. From beginning to end, my experience was nothing but positive. The apartments are very nice. The complex is well maintained. There are tons of amenities and probably one of the best rooftop decks in Seattle. The community is very respectful of their neighbors and of the property. The staff at Bowman go above and beyond expectations. Annalisa and Michael are amazing! Living at Bowman was a great experience. I highly recommend it.
