Its a little hard to give 5 stars when you leave feeling there was little value for the money spent. Its ambiance is great, employees friendly. The lane conditions were fine. But over $7 a game? People complain about going to the movies and the cost. Group of 3, 2 games each, shoes, small amount of food and 3-4 video games is over $100. I could be at fault for not planning well. I took away 3 stars because the girl who took down names for the waitlist told me that I needed 9 or more people to get 2 lanes. That’s such bs because I saw smaller parties that got 2 lanes. This girl got to be racist. I saw 5 people that got 2 lanes and this was at 10pm. I was going to start an argument with her after I left, but she wasn’t worth it and if I complained to the manager, what will that even do? Manager won’t do anything to coach the person. Went for a chamber mixer and it was a blast. Their private room was nice and the staff were very attentive.
