Tonight, I took my staff out to show appreciation. Planned to have 40 present but only a fraction showed up. Most other places would have happily taken our contracted money and ran, but our hostess Kaylan was nothing short of amazing. She did all that she could to make sure this night wasnt a waste. I wont bore you with all the details but I could not be happier with the outcome. Her customer service was outstanding, and is a quality that is often sought after these days. Bowlmor, you have a superstar on your hands!
