The computer system failed to order the correct number of beverage items. Triple charges found instantly on online bank, yet the bowling alley staff could only find one order. Not only that, but it took over 40 minutes [and 4 repeat requests with 3 different wait staff] that we were short 1 beverage. we waited forever to toast my retirement and most of the ice melted in my glass. We are left having to dispute the extra charges via our credit card company. What a hassle!!!
