Terrible customer service . The lady mislabeled my package contents and it was held up in customs . When I called her she said it was my fault because I did not want any additional insurance she valued it at $0 instead of putting no I additional insurance. She was super rude on the phone and refused to take any responsibility for the mistake . She should have known you can’t shop internationally through customs with a zero value on the shipment and a improper description of the contents .
