This business has been downright wrong in their customer service. I placed an online order in November for a December 15th delivery. They delivered in November on accident, instead of telling me it was an accident and asking why if they can redeliver or give me my money back they just didn’t answer my phone calls. After 3 days of calling, I called the number associated with the charge on my credit card. Another florist owned by the same owner promised a new delivery on December 15th. Flowers don't last and look messy. Customer service isn't up to par. You usually don't get the flowers you order, especially if you order online. They over-charge big time. If you get plants such as mums or orchids, you're most likely going to get walmart plants that costs the flower shop 1/16 of the cost of what you pay. ...I RECOMMEND BOUQUET FLORIST by Barb Shinn, as she is a kind-hearted, experienced florist, unlike Bettina at BG Florist.
