Everyone in this store was very nice when we purchased our unit....$8,000-9,000 purchase at least with install and everything included. Now that we need it serviced, they have put us off for months. All they have to do was say, "hey, we are glad you made a purchase with you but we lied when you bought it so go elsewhere to get it serviced". I have never been treated worse in a place of business in my life. I was cussed at and forced to leave. Never said one word while I was there looking at fireplaces.
