Dr. B and his assistant were fantastic! I was so nervous and they done a great job! But the receptionist were so very rude! I misunderstood that my payment, 240, was due today. When I tried to explain I didn’t have it she huffed and me. She told me that was why they go over it at the beginning. I told them I could make payments and I was sorry I misunderstood. I'm someone who actually enjoys going to the dentist but even I put off scheduling a root canal for a year. I had heard horror stories from others and I just didn't want to go through it until I absolutely had to. I was referred to Dr. Brasseale last year but suffered with sensitivity and discomfort until this September when I finally called. Dr. Brasseale is a wonderful endodontist! He has a great staff that makes you feel very comfortable. Root canals are not something that anyone looks forward to, but at least they make it as pain free as possible. Thanks Dr. B!
Dr. B is so wonderful. If you need a root canal I HIGHLY recommend him. Everyone that works there is so sweet and kind. It took four visits to fix my badly infected tooth and they worked really hard to make my experience as nice as they possibly could. Not to mention I had to have gum surgery and Dr. B offered to do it free of charge. Thank you for the generosity you showed me.
