This is not a place to look for professional help. There is no organization and if u need something everyone just pushes u off to someone else and you’ll never get an answer or the help you’re looking for. There were fist fights just about every night cause staff was never present or actually doing anything. The lack of staff and help lead to a very frustrating and negative atmosphere. Don't have anything mailed of value to anybody at this rehab because they will steal it. Then, when you call, you will never hear back and nobody ever answers the phone.
The facility itself is not great by any means but my counselor Ashley was absolutely amazing. I was always able to get what I needed in her office. I would not have been able to do the hard stuff without her. She is a straight to the point counselor that has a great deal of love for her clients and her job. I give her 10stars. Please BGB work on your shortcomings and anyone considering rehab just remember you get out of it what you put into it. That place and ESPECIALLY Ashley helped me save my life
During my stay as a client my counselor ashley was the best..she made my experience there worth it. I've never been able to open up much to anybody but she broke me out of that. Because of ashley I changed tremendously. I would recommend her 1000% to anybody fresh in treatment.
I went in on New Year's eve with my girlfriend, they said couples are not allowed so try not to make it obvious. So I did that, she kept telling me she wanted to leave because everyone is hitting on her. That could be true, I just didn't notice it. I respect her Dad so I told him I won't let her leave. I don't know why the director came to me with eyes wide open and very angry, he said follow me. So I did, he led me out of the building and said I'm kicked out.
