BAC South is spacious, very clean(important!), fully loaded with all you need for great workout. Rico, Laura, Hailey, and the crew are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Been a lifesaver for me.
The gym has a variety of machines and weights. The area feels spacious and uncluttered. Also, there is a variety of classes which I appreciate. Ana was such a big help in discussing membership specifics with me. She was patient and friendly and took the time to explain all my options. Thank you!
I love coming here!! Rilee at the front is so sweet and I’ve never had any issues here. Equipment is always clean and my whole family loves coming here.
Equipment is very old and much of it is broken. Crooked bench press for over 4 years. Broken benches in the sauna for over a year. I’ve had the management tell me it is “operator error” when I showed them metal shavings on the floor from busted up equipment. Don’t forget your ear buds because you are gonna hear the same 15 songs on repeat. It has rapidly gone downhill over the years with layout choices and alienating regulars.
