I have no Experience of anything bad about Bolingbrook Apartments I just love living here. Everyone is nice the rental office and maintenance all who live here ,the building that I'm in we all speak. That is my greatness..
This was the best move I could have made coming to live here. Great management and maintenance staff. Grounds are always taken care of. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently and promptly. Very safe place. Highly recommend to think of Bowling Brook if you are looking to move.
Becca Ballentine has been of tremendous help with the process, and she is very courteous. She explained everything that we needed and has been very responsive after moving into the apartment. She helped me get acclimated to the neighborhood and the apartment complex. I would recommend
This complex is the worst place to live not that the area is bad or the apartments are not good. The staff will discriminate by race who can have certain lease violations. I was told to remove things off my patio because I am a black woman. Others had the same type of thing on their patio and never removed theirs.
It’s my second time living in this community and both times has been a Great experience!
