This complex is the worst place to live not that the area is bad or the apartments are not good. The staff will discriminate by race who can have certain lease violations. I was told to remove things off my patio because I am a black woman. Others had the same type of thing on their patio and never removed theirs.
It’s my second time living in this community and both times has been a Great experience!
Bowling Brook was home to my family for 3 years. Overall I would say it's dated, but an ok place. The location is good because you can walk down to the public library, Savage trail or over to Savage mill or even to the grocery store if you need to. Also it's Laurel, Howard county so you're central to sooo much. Parking was not usually an issue. This is my second time living at Bowling Brook Apartments. It's been 25 years since I lived here and it still is the best maintained and managed property I've experienced! Quality homes, personnel and tenants. Check it out!
If I could give zero stars I would. This apartment is making tenants pay because a apartment bumping burned down. Like that is the tenants fault. Paying an amenities fee for barely any amenities. Also they implemented a new policy where EACH GUEST has to pay $10 every time , IN CASH, no card, no exceptions, with no notice sent out to tenants, to use the pool.
