I lived there for two years. The location is nice, the homes are decent. The appliances are cheap. And the office staff is racist. They thought I had a pit bull even though it was a chihuahua and reported my family. No matter how many times i assured them it was only a chihuahua with photos and even passing him by the office, they assumed I was lying? It was ridiculous. They are extremely prejudice. I have been a resident at Bowling Brook for many years, and my family's experience here has been consistently great during our time here. Cesar and his staff have done an excellent job keeping the neighborhood clean, quiet, and safe. Parking is spacious and free; the grounds are beautifully maintained; and the buildings and units have been renovated and kept up-to-date over the years. Nice Quiet community
I have no Experience of anything bad about Bolingbrook Apartments I just love living here. Everyone is nice the rental office and maintenance all who live here ,the building that I'm in we all speak. That is my greatness..
This was the best move I could have made coming to live here. Great management and maintenance staff. Grounds are always taken care of. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently and promptly. Very safe place. Highly recommend to think of Bowling Brook if you are looking to move.
