I have been a patient in dr bowleys office since moving to the area a little over 4 years ago. I have spent thousands of dollars in this office including having labs, X-rays, and other sorts of testings. I’ve had insurance but was in between jobs and without ins. For approximately 3 months.i have an outstanding bill of 173.00 and called to to make a payment of 50.00. I was told I could no longer be seen in the office even once my act was caught current. REDICULOUS and GREEDY
