Dr Bowles is beyond kind and down to earth and you can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his patients. I would recommend and his staff to anyone. I wish I would’ve found this office much sooner.
I was initially very impressed with this office after my first visit, but unfortunately my experience went downhill from there. I have repeatedly tried to schedule follow-up appointments and they either refuse to schedule me or do not answer the phone at all. Communication has been extremely poor. Every filling I had done here ended up needing to be redone by another dentist. After an extraction, I returned because something was left behind in the socket. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. However, the last time I went one of the dental hygienist really hurt my gums. Like pressing down with the floss like her life depended on it. I had my appointment 1 week ago and my gums in the very back of my mouth still hurt to the point where nothing can touch them. My husband says my gums look like they’re scaring. Also, the dentist will talk politics and religion with you - fair warning.
