Will not stand behind their Warranty or work of their men. Drip edge was not covered & sealed correctly when new roof put on, thus water getting up under shingles & rotting the wood, as well as stains on the soffit. Trying to say house needed new gutters. Gutters have been on house for 17 yrs with no problems until the new roof was put on. Had other roofers confirm had nothing to do with gutters. Owner wouldn't even discuss the issues.
Update to prior review where I had several issues. After an email about some shingles not laying flat and two uncaulked areas by the lanai, they were addressed. The other issue of rows of shingle meeting somewhere in the middle and then a shingle being trimmed to fit could not be addressed without an entire redo of the roof (IMHO). In my opinion, this could have been avoided if someone had spoken English so that I could have explained that practice was unaccepatble to me. First review for me and I am 87 yrs old. But I must thank Chris ******** for helping me. I literally flagged his truck down and he got out and got up on the roof. and made sure the work around the skylight was fixed .Can't say enough about Chris and his co. We requested plywood to put on top of the driveway - no problem. Even when the delivery truck came, the driver and his helper put down plywood. 7. Highly recommended.

Did a terrible job on my roof. Had a roof inspection done and numerous mistakes were noted. Have leaking through the vinyl for 9 months. For 18 years previously, I never had this problem. Have called Bowles twice and they are not returning my calls. Had other roofing companies come out and they say the flashing needs to be redone and the repairs will cost more than $5000.
there are bunch of incompetent people (using cheep workers) working in this business. after finishing the job, most likely the roof will leak that's what happened in my case. after several trips they eventually fixed the leak area, may be fixed---because it hasn't rain yet so far, will see. the ceiling of my garage due to the leak, has large patch of water stain on it I have called their office repeatedly to talk to the owner, but no avail.

I am very surprised by Mr. ******* comments. His roof was done approximately one year ago. He was happy with everything at the time of completion. See attached memo. When he called about a leak in the garage, we responded promptly and repaired the stain on the ceiling which I agreed we should do. The problem he has not answered his phone. Had a leak repaired 8/29. Continued leaking until it finally came through on Thanksgiving. Will call elsewhere.
That says it all. I learned that the highest priced contractor does NOT do the best job. Now have a new leak from improper flashing installation.
