Kevin Thomas serviced my two air condition units this afternoon. I was very impressed by his professionalism as well as his mannerism. The minute I opened the door and saw that he was wearing a protective face mask as well as booties, I felt comfortable. He very willingly answered my many questions as I followed him around for a little while.
