I recently got hearing aids through Bowles. My audiologist, Dr. Putira, has been very helpful in getting used to the aids and skilled at making adjustments as needed.
I took my 84yo mom to Bowles Hearing Care Services and was extremely impressed by the level of care and empathy the staff showed. From the moment I called in to make an appointment Daisy was so helpful and kind followed by the professionalism and patience from the Audiologist, Shelby it was all such a pleasant and positive experience. I am so appreciative of both Daisy and Shelby and highly recommend Bowles Hearing Care Services. They are top notch!
The ladies in the Hickory office are outstanding. Very professional and really good about answering my questions and resurrecting my hearing aids when they fail. Also, very good about working me in when I have a problem. I recommend this place very highly.
i had a great experience with Bowles hearing services the tec was very through and after the evaluation was completed the ball was in the consumer court there was no pressure.
