The front desk lady was so rude and they overcharge our card without explanations. Worst experience on long island. Except for the server who was nice.
Pros: Fun atmosphere (great for casual bowlers), attentive staff, nice decor, clean approaches, pro-shop inside. Cons: Lanes are very dry (even for casual bowling), pin setters malfunction often, seating area is TIGHT. Summary: I give this a 3 because it is great for a fun night out with friends for teenagers and for families. It is not the best lane for serious bowlers.
