I made a mistake and booked my lane for the wrong date. I decided to try my luck and took my family to see if they had an open lane for us (I was prepared to double pay). However, the staff and manager were super accommodating and just transferred my reservation for that night. Bottom line, we got a lane on the spot, didn't pay twice, and I didn't have to argue with anyone; the stuff just got it done. Thank you, we had a great time!
I had an amazing time and our Server Sharell was amazing. Great ambience and lots of fun.
