I figured we'd try this place because it had a new branding, Lucky Strike. Big mistake. First, they swapped their pins from regular free standing pins to pins with a string on them. It makes the bowling feel cheap and you can tell that it has an effect on the way the pins move. It feels neutered and at times you feel like you were cheated out of pins and other times you can clearly see that the strings caused some pins to fall down that shouldn't have. I wanted to bowl near my son (it was his birthday party), but separately using a coupon I got from your grand opening event and also have my Mom bowl, too, and the manager Angie accommodated us to the highest degree. It was MUCH appreciated! Our server, Jordan, was attentive and friendly. Even the gentleman helping to clean up afterward was attentive and friendly. We will definitely be coming back and recommending to others! My son had a GREAT time and we are very grateful! Thank you!
