Strung bowling pins take away from experience immediately. Wouldn't let my group of 6 use the lane next to us that was empty amd forced us all to play 1 lane despite the lane being open. Staff made me get the slide for my 2 year to use and forced us to get her bowling shoes despite repeatedly explaining she won't use them. Why? Wack
One of the better bowling alleys in the area. Very clean, staff is friendly and everything seems pretty new. They have great deals during the week. Food delivery to lane. There is a small arcade also. Great for family, friends or parties.
We visited with a group of 9 and had a very disappointing experience. We ordered food that never came out, and after waiting about an hour which was close to closing, we were told the kitchen was still working on it. We ended up requesting a refund, which was given, but it was frustrating that our group was never served. On top of that, we had a technical issue with our lane that caused us to lose about 20 minutes of bowling time, and there was no effort to make up for it.
