Andrzej was my very first impression at Bowlero and all I can say is WOW! I showed up late in the evening to relax and try and unwind from a long day. The door to the main entrance was completely off its track. I offered to fix it as a gesture of being a good person, Andrzej helped me with it every step of the way. What was intended as one thing became another. I did finally get the opportunity to return to Bowlero to unwind and I can’t speak highly enough, the staff, -all of them- are so polite and happy. I am a league bowler. Bowlero doesn’t believe league bowlers matter to their bottom line. League bowlers have no other option than bowling here because there are no other options. It’s a monopoly. Our team was forced to leave our lanes based on a miscommunication. The manager was completely indifferent about the situation. She didn’t offer any solutions or even express the desire to rectify the situation.
Strict No outside Drink rule is a business killer. Even with ordering food and large party group all paying full ala carte prices. They made us throw out: can water and kava drinks. SMH. Do better; locals looking for a good hangout. You wont find it here with those rules.
It took quite a while (10-15 mins) just to get checked in. Then the way the tables are setup is odd and there were people sitting at the table for our lane when we first got there which was annoying. We also had trouble adding names to the score board.
