Had an awesome time at Bowlero in Lakeland. The lanes were clean, the atmosphere was lively, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Kevin provided outstanding service—friendly, fast, and on top of every detail, from getting our lane set up to checking in on us just the right amount. Marcy, the manager, was incredibly welcoming and set a great tone for the whole visit. Between the attentive staff, good music, and solid food and drinks, it made for an easy, fun outing. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back.

We visited as a family—my wife, my one-and-a-half-year-old son, and me—and what used to be an affordable family night out turned into a $120 evening. To make matters worse, they charged full price for my toddler, even though he’s far too young to actually bowl. The pricing also feels misleading. You’re not made aware of the true cost until after you’ve already started, so it’s not like you have the opportunity to decide it’s not worth it and leave beforehand.
