Great on-site staff, but poor corporate experience. ReScheduling required escalation, and post-event billing included additional charges not shown on the signed receipt. Concerns were not addressed, which raised serious transparency and trust issues. Frontline staff showed professionalism and care; corporate handling did not.
Talking about the bowling alleys way too expensive. Not treating people. The right way can't bowl on Saturdays cause they turn off all the lights when you're in league and get your free games. They're all gonna go downhill. Lots of complaints of the blairo in Mechanicsville, Virginia.
