Place is clean and customer service is great!
Had a family outing and enjoyed the unlimited bowling special. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Server suggested funnel cake fries that were delicious. My son also enjoyed his dirty soda. Could use some more bowling balls.
The front desk staff are normally very rude. Tonight we waited “in line” even though there was no one in front of us. After we are finally acknowledged, we get told it’s a 30 minute wait. I would encourage trying to find workers with decent customer service skills.
We had a great time at Bowlero Cary! Clean, nicely maintained, great service, and not too loud or crowded. Would definitely come back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for some family fun.
