We had a great time at Bowlero Austell. It's very nice inside, but unfortunately you'll always have customers who makes the bathroom nasty. That needed better attention. On some lanes the balls got stuck, I don't know if that's normal. Also, make sure you don't step over the line because even if you get a strike, it won't count. Overall I would recommend it. It's family oriented as well.
Never any open lanes. Customer service is lacking!
Always a good time
Couldn't have met a ruder group of staff at the front desk for the entire tournament, excessive 90 min. wait for tenders/fries, men's bathroom was disgusting, I can't stand anything Bowlero and this just proved it even more. Plus, $10/game? Get out of here with that.
Great service, prices and atmosphere.
