Bowling fine but drinks service poor. We are on vacation from the U.K and wanted to experience the USA bowling experience. Turns out it’s exactly the same as the U.K bowling experience!! The only difference is the sodas took 30 minute's after the beer to arrive. Lane host was nowhere to be seen to ask and I had to ask another host to check where the drinks were. When we got the check the beer was $7 and the sodas were $6 each so ludicrously expensive too!!
I hosted a birthday party for my child, with around 20 guests. We prepaid and everything was organized ahead of time. People showed up and the manager were hovering over our party trying to count every thing we did. They wanted to charge more for adults taking eating the food that we've already paid for. At the 2 hour mark, we were still finishing birthday songs and they were already trying to rush us out when they were not even that busy.
