I reached out to Ed to have an appraisal done. He seemed like a nice person and was able to come out in about a week from the initial contact. He came to the location needing to be appraised on May 15th. He said he would try to have the appraisal results done by the 24th. I contacted him after the 24th and he said he would have the appraisal put together by Friday the 31st. More than 8 weeks have passed since my appraisal was completed. I have called and emailed numerous times and have received absolutely zero communication back and no appraisal. I highly recommend NOT using Bowler Appraisals.

Ed is a nice enough guy, but don't expect to get the appraisal when he says it will be done. I was told in December that he will visit my home to get pictures and measurements by mid January and an appraisal a week after that. At the end of January I emailed him to find out if he was still interested in doing this, but got no response. I called him a couple of times and left messages, no response.
