Our office orders lunch from here once a week. Food is great but consistency of what you get through doordash varies. Sometimes comes with all the fixings, awesome! Lettuce, ssamjjang, soup and sides. But sometimes a lot of these things are missing :*( still great food but when you get your lunch and items are missing its never fun.

Something has definitely changed. I don’t know if it’s new management or new cooks, but my jap char was utterly indistinguishable from traditional jap chae and was a greasy mess with bell peppers and button mushrooms ( rather than traditional chopped carrots, shiitake mushrooms) also when I arrived home with my order I found they had forgotten the beef even though I paid the extra amount for a meat jap chae dish. Disappointed and not sure I will be back eve though I’ve been going there for years.

9/9/2025 - this place is now called Tang Jip. When it was still Bowl'd BBQ, we ate here once. I don't remember their tofu soup being this salty or banchan being this little. They do have refresher drinks (made it Sprite) which tasted good. Service was ok, I asked to add ramen in my tofu soup and they did so with no extra charge. However, there were maybe only 6 miniature pieces of squid and 2 tiny shrimp in the entire soup. Not sure if we'll be back.

Changed business name and owners. 8/20/2025, went in at 8pm. Took a bit to get seated usually is quick and was not busy. Table was dirty and they gave us temporary paper menus with limited options. Food quality was okay. The tiny dishes BOWL D BBQ gave out was at least 10 options, now is 5-6. Took a long time to get our check, had to wave down the servers. Check came to table with the wooden booklet and was dirty with liquid stain from the kitchen. The korean restaurant no longer have the menu what we loved, especially mung ... read more
