My son saw Dr. Bowlby from 8 months until he was 18 years old. She is an awesome doctor. Always answered any of our concerns and always took great care of my son.
If I could give zero stars, that’s what I would give for Dr. Bowlby. My daughter was seen by her and immediately I got that feeling of lack of care. She doesn’t listen to the parents or child when there is an issue she completely disregards your opinion or when you asked for her to check for anything. Also, I called the office to discuss My child’s lab work, to then only get a reply by a message on my child’s chart. She wasn’t very professional with handling things nor personable.
