Typical bowling alley. I had been coming for years. Totally snubbed by young female cashier on last visit. Manager stepped in to fix it. Good on his part, but I'm done.
We had an amazing experience with Bowl America hosting our school’s private field trip! With a group of 168 students, teachers and chaperones, everything was incredibly well organized, clean, and ran as smoothly as possible for such a large crowd. The staff was friendly, attentive, and truly impressive—they hustled the entire three hours to make sure everything stayed on track. Seems like family members of someone who works there, friends of someone who works there and leagues get better service than average folks. Make sure to triple check what you pay for-I was given one price and get to the alley and was given a totally different. After I told the guy that I was expecting four people, he told me I had to wait for them before getting a lane but had no problem giving two lanes to a lady whose entourage wasn't there yet-they showed up after we did and they were regular guests-no reservation as I fo... read more
