In all the time that I have knownthe general manager, Mr. Bill Fortino, I have never found this establishment to be run unprofessional. Open bowlers need to understand that he objective of the bowling center is to fill each day of the week with leagues. Any open bowling, when available is usually after 9:30 pm on most of this centers operating schedule. When you are hving a issue it is in your best interest to seek out the manager on duty. Thanks Brendan to inform the casual open bowler as to the normal operations and workings of a league based bowling center. Many walk ins at the 6-7 o'clock hour only to have to disappoint them that we have no lanes available due to leagues. A simple phone call ahead would help.
