My kid had an appointment here, they told us it was an easy fix and to make another appointment. The other appointment came we showed up at the scheduled time just for them to tell me they couldn’t do anything about the problem they said previously they could easily fix. Then told me it was a completely different problem than what they had previously said. The staff seemed annoyed or bothered at my daughter being nervous and upset. Very nice, helpful, and friendly staff. Also good prices. Unfortunately, when I got my fillings done, there was no bite test done. I was told that if I felt pain afterwards, I would likely need a root canal, which would need to be performed elsewhere. I had the worst tooth pain I've ever had in my entire life after those fillings. Because of what I had been told, I assumed that I needed a root canal. Called and explained my exact needs only to have them charge my insurance for exam & cleaning then turn around and say they don't do what it was I called for, this sucks because now they used my exam and cleaning for my 6 month period and my son still needs work done and every dentist will want to do an exam before doing the procedure so now I'm outnof pocket for an exam, very shady business practice to accept an appointment knowing you don't do what I specifically asked for then use up my exam and cleaning and cost me money
