I showed up for my 8:45am appointment to be told that Dr. Codjoe had an emergency and they have been trying to contact me for a week. I told them that I don't have any missed calls, or voicemails, and that I have been getting appointment reminders as recent as 6pm yesterday. Why did I continue to get appointment reminders when the doctor is unavailable?? I have been a patient of Dr Wang for over 15yrs. The front dest ladies in the past were always kind, caring and professional. But the new front desk ladies were not professional at all. The sounded nasty in relating to me while discussing my outstanding bill. I don't think these set of front desk personnel would be able to help the medical organization retain old patients. They were outrightly rude .
