was told of 5 minute grace period only at the appointment, arrived 5 minutes after my appointment time and was told my appointment would be canceled
Absolute worst! The service has PLUMMETED since First Medical took over. They’ll harass you about money - put a card on file, with texts, emails and phone calls. But when they needed to reschedule my appointment- NOT ONE MESSAGE LEFT! So I wasted my time driving to an appointment that had been cancelled, even though, they sent me email confirmations and text confirmations. The lady at the front desk blamed it on the call center. I came to First Medical Associates because I was looking for a new doctor and had read some really good reviews about Dr. Robin Codjoe. I was willing to drive a little farther because I really wanted to find a provider I felt comfortable with. I scheduled the first appointment they had available because I needed to have my blood pressure checked and possibly have my medication adjusted.
