Going corporate and to a "call center" has taken all the personal touches out of this practice. I still like the doctors quite a bit, but the red tape surrounding insurance approval for an extremely time-sensitive prescription is unworkable. My son was without medicine for almost a week. Our pharmacy gave us a break and renewed the prescription, which is a couple bucks with insurance, but $130+ w/o. He needed the medicine so that's what we did.
