Office manager Kandi is extrmemely rude. After scheduling my appointment and arriving on time she shared that there was a challenge with my out of state referral. Instead of admitting her mistake and trying to make it right, she became defensive. Unfortunately I believed that I was treated this way because I am a woman of color. If you are a person of color, I would suggest trying somewhere else. Ohhh. And she lied about the insurance.
