I saw segment on Texas Country Reporter, everything looked so good until they showed the pastries being made in the back, the worker without gloves dipped his hand in the bucket of jelly filling and put it on top of pastry, if you're going to handle food you need to wear gloves, I thought that was so unsanitary, bare hands going in tub of filling, not acceptible
Best Pan dulce I’ve ever had! Growing up we would drive to segundo barrio to purchase this yummy bread!! Now every time we visit El Paso, we have to make a stop and stock up on some to bring back with us to Dallas!�
